Castle Hill Baptist Church

Sunday School is held during the 8:30am servic. Children stay in the service until about 8:50am then go out for Sunday School. Children from Pre-School to Year 6 are catered for.

• Nursery Sunday School caters for preschool children from the age of three. Our Nursery class is specifically structured and resourced to meet the needs of little people.
• Infants Sunday School caters for Kindergarten to Year 2 children.
• Primary Sunday School caters for children from Year 3 to Year 5.
• 628 is a group that caters for young people who are in Year 6 to Year 8 at school.

We warmly welcome the participation of children from families who are regularly involved in the life and activity of Castle Hill Baptist Church, and families simply looking for a place where their children can be exposed to Christian instruction.

Whatever class your child is in, they will learn about God as the key player in history. Children will learn in an interactive environment with games, singing and creative workshops with emphasis on reading and learning Bible verses.

Experienced Christian leaders and helpers care for children from our church family. We require all our children’s ministry leaders to complete “Safe Churches” training. Children are likely to meet other children they already know from their local school.

ROCs is a ministry for boys. It teaches them about Jesus through small talks, games and construction activities.

Boys meet on a Thursday afternoon during school terms:
Little ROCs caters for K-Year 2 boys and meet at 5-6:30pm
ROCs is for Year 3-6 boys and meets from 7-8:30pm. 

“Girls Equipped to Minister and Serve” is a girls’ only ministry catering for girls from Kindy to Year 6. Girls are precious to God and GEMS seeks to serve their needs through older women teaching and training younger women.

GEMS is a ministry designed to mentor young girls through small groups, biblical talks, craft, games and cooking. It meets on Friday afternoons during school terms between 4.30pm & 6pm.

CHBC hosts a week-long Holiday Club for school children during the July school holidays. Whether set on a pirate ship or in ancient Egypt, Holiday Club teaches children the gospel message while they participate in games, crafts, drama and singing. Holiday Club is always an exciting environment to learn about God.

Kidz Express Day is a one-day version of Holiday Club held in the April and October holidays.
